About Jack Fan, DDS
Dr. Fan is originally from Claremont, CA. He attended the University of California at San Diego before pursing his Doctorate at New York University College of Dentistry. He also completed his General Practice Residency at LIJ Medical Center in Queens, and is certified in Level I Conscious Sedation. Today, Dr. Fan is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Capital Area Dental Society. While Dr. Fan enjoys many parts of his job, he says he especially enjoys going home every night knowing that he was able to help people look and feel better with a healthy smile. Dr. Fan has a big family with several cousins who are also in healthcare fields. When he isn’t busy at the office, he loves traveling, especially to international destinations where he can experience local culture and sample the cuisine. He also enjoys cooking and gardening. A true dog lover, Dr. Fan once saved a puppy from dying from Parvo virus. And today, his company is named after his dog, Duchess.
