He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the prestigious American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Dr. Philpott has extensive experience in cosmetic and plastic surgery of the face and body. His facial rejuvenation procedures incorporate surgery, fat transfers, and use of neurotoxins and fillers to achieve long-lasting, natural results. He maintains a conservative approach when improving his patients’ appearance, concentrating on safe and reliable techniques that offer the greatest improvement with the least risk. An important part of this philosophy is spending significant time in the consultation to ensure that plastic surgery is the right choice for each patient. Dr. Philpott performs both facial and body procedures, in addition to performing phalloplasty and external vaginal procedures, and he is completely committed to improving and restoring your physical appearance, boosting your self-confidence, and helping you look and feel your very best. He attended Harvard University graduating with honors while participating on two varsity sports teams. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Medicine, graduating as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, the highest of academic achievements.
