About Edwin C. Pound
Dr. Pound is a native Georgian and a fifth-generation doctor. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery with more than 25 years in Private practice. Born in Atlanta, Dr. Pound received a bachelor of science degree from Duke University and a master of science degree from Georgia State University. He did his general surgery training at the University of Tennessee at Memphis where he also completed a fellowship in burn surgery. Dr. Pound completed his plastic surgery training at the state university of New York. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He is a former Chief of Plastic Surgery at Northside Hospital in Atlanta and Kennestone Hospital at Windy Hill.
