I’m so excited you found us and wanted to share our story with you. My name is Tien Nguyen Balan and I’m the co-owner of Zazen West Chester and Zazen Beauty in West Chester, PA. I’m married to my Husband, Chris, and a mother of 2 beautiful boys - Kai and Theo. I left my corporate Job at CBS News in Philly many years ago to start Zazen because I was tired of smelling all those toxic fumes in traditional salons. I wanted to offer something more healthier, safer for moms and kids, and just better overall in customer service. I'm obsessed with making people feel beautiful and my expertise/speciality is in Eyelash Extensions and Microblading Eyebrows. I've done over three thousand Lash Extension appointments over the years as well over 1000 Microblading Clients that travel up to 3 hours to come see us. In addition, I also teach beauty professionals how to learn Eyelash Extensions with Lash Classes and Microblading Classes . We have had over 100 Sold out classes and are one of the largest Training Centers in the Northeast.
