About Shila Yazdani, DDS
Expert dentist Shila Yazdani, DDS, brings more than two decades of experience in implant, neuromuscular, and cosmetic dentistry to Revive Dentistry, serving the men and women in and around Washington, D.C. Dr. Yazdani obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland, College Park. There, she was a member of the Alpha Epsilon Delta Premedical Honor Society. Dr. Yazdani subsequently attended Howard University in Washington, D.C., where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery. Following graduation, she participated in post-doctoral training in implantology and treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. Dr. Yazdani also received post-doctoral instruction at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in Las Vegas, Nevada. This unique program provides training in advanced, comprehensive cosmetic dentistry that most dental schools lack. Each year, Dr. Yazdani returns to the institute to augment her professional skills. As a dentist, Dr. Yazdani loves working with her patients. She always sets aside time to understand each individual’s unique concerns and develops treatments based on their health history, budget, and goals.
