About Renee E. Duff, DDS
Renee E. Duff is a Clinical Associate Professor and Assistant Dean for Student Services at the University of Michigan School Of Dentistry. Dr. Duff earned her bachelor of science in Biology and D.D.S degrees from the University of Michigan. She enjoyed several years of private family practice in Ann Arbor before returning to the University of Michigan to complete her M.S. in Prosthodontics in 2004. Renée has taught clinical prosthodontics at Michigan since 1997. As Assistant Dean for Student Services, Duff directs the Office of Student Services and oversees admissions and other aspects of student life. She works with students in the School’s predoctoral, dental hygiene, master’s and PhD programs-more than 680 students. Renée is a member of several professional organizations including the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, American College of Prosthodontists, American Dental Education Association and is an alumnus of the American Dental Education Association Leadership Institute. Dr. Duff maintains an intramural clinical practice with focus on prosthodontic treatment and implant therapy. She most enjoys interacting one on one with students who are passionate about patient care. Renee's research interests have included investigation of materials and techniques that lead to predictable and esthetic dental implant restoration in both fixed and removable situations.
