About Nancy Azizi, DDS
Dr. Azizi was born in New Mexico, and raised in California. She attended UC Davis for her undergraduate education and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree from UC San Francisco in 1993. In 1997, she founded Vineyard Dental. To fulfill her commitment to excellence, she employed an outstanding dental team that is equally dedicated to her vision of excellence. In 2001, she collaborated with renowned architect Farhad Ashofteh to introduce Napa's one and only dental spa. Dr Azizi has always kept herself at the forefront of advances in dentistry. To further her specialization in cosmetic dentistry at the highest level, she attended the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry in 2004. Dr. Azizi has also taken extensive, post-graduate training at UCLA in the field of dental sleep medicine. She is equally committed to a healthy lifestyle at home. While being a mother to twin boys, she works-out regularly, hikes and eats organically. She has traveled extensively and enjoys photography. She is a fan of independent movies, spa treatments, good farm-to-table restaurants and gardening.
