About Kelekalani Scheel, DDS
Dr. Kelekalani Scheel is a general dentist whose expertise includes pediatric and restorative dentistry. She grew up in Menlo Park, CA and attended the University of California at Davis for her B.S. in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Her Degree of Dental Surgery is from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry where she graduated in 2007 and completed a postdoc in Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 2008. Her time in residency included treating complex restorative cases, periodontal surgery, and implant placement with bone grafting and restoration. Dr. Kele has been working serving the patients at a dental clinic in the East Bay, and spent time as a pre-clinical instructor at UOP. Her more recent dental experience has been in treating children, and she has a passion for preventative dental health for kids though her heart lies in cosmetic dentistry and placement and restoration of dental implants. She has also developed an appreciation for technologies that help her deliver a higher quality of care more efficiently, thus enabling her to serve her patients better. She is also proud to be a member of the Santa Clara Dental Society, American Dental Association, Mid-Peninsula Dental Society, California Dental Association and DOCS program
