About Katherine Roman, DDS
Dr. Katherine Roman has more than ten years of experience in the dental field. She received her D.D.S degree from Universidad del Valle, Cali, Colombia. Dr. Roman then moved to Miami to complete three years of Postgraduated Program at Nova Southeastern University. In 2015 she received Dr. Leonard M. Sakrais’ Memorial Award for Excellence in General Dentistry. Dr. Roman has also earned a Certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry, Operative Dentistry and a Master’s Degree of Science. During her residency, she accomplished comprehensive and extensive training in all aspects of esthetics, contemporary restorative dentistry, surgical extractions, restoration of implants, removable prosthodontics, management of special needs and medical compromise patients. She believes that life evolves every day. She is always looking for knowledge and ways in which technology can improve her patients comfort and oral health. Dr. Roman has been completed numerous continuing education courses and regularly attends seminars across the country.
