About Fred Zargar, DDS
Over 20 years ago, I was working as a medical technologist and got to know a coworker who was in dental school. As I learned more, I was inspired by the direct patient contact and relationships that dentistry would allow. So, I decided to change my career path and attend dental school. I completed a year of advanced post-graduate education and began practicing dentistry in Arizona, where I still live and work today. I have been in private practice in Phoenix for over 15 years and love serving the community one smile at a time. Arizona’s beautiful weather and outdoor activities make it a wonderful place to have set up my private practice. The entire Tatum Dental Care team is devoted to providing optimal patient care and comfort. From massage chairs to efficient digital and wireless x-rays, we keep patient well-being at the forefront of everything we do. No appointment is ever rushed and same day services are available for emergency care. My practice also offers therapeutic Botox® for those suffering from jaw or mouth disorders, dental devices for those with mild to moderate sleep apnea, and dental implant restoration. I graduated in the top five percent of my dental class, with honors, and completed more than 1,000 hours of continuing education over the years. I have been on the Consumer Research Council’s list of America’s top dentists for last 10 years and am a member of the American Dental Association, Central Arizona Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, International Academy of Facial Aesthetics, and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Dental Honor Society.
